The meeting had five agendas:
1. Each department head shall make the work summary of the Department in 2021 and the work plan in 2022; In the new year, we should carry forward what we have done well and correct what we have not done well.
2. The general manager summarizes the work of the company in 2021 and puts forward plans and expectations for the work in 2022;
First of all, I affirmed your work achievements in 2021, successfully completed the goals set at the beginning of the year, and put forward new requirements for the cadre team and staff team in the new year, so that you can learn more, think more, study more and give full play to the craftsman spirit;; Common abnormal problems, make a list, solve them one by one, etc.
3. Award ceremony for outstanding employees and advanced groups, and invite employee representative Li Jizhen to speak;
4. All staff learn the company culture and let everyone remember our culture. In the absence of clear rules and regulations and instructions from superiors, the company culture is the guide for everyone's work;
5. All staff take group photos and have dinner.
